RULES FOR DYNAMITE :(DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING)

• A Team must consist of exactly (2) members to participate in this Competition.
• In all matters concerning the competition, the decision of the Judges will be final and binding on all concerned.
• The Languages will be C/C++ and JAVA.
• The Problem Set will be given On the Spot.
• Registration Fee will be Rs.100 per team.
• The Programming Environments allowed are:
  Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 (C++)
  Notepad (No Java Development tool allowed)
• Books allowed are “C++ How to Program” and “Java How to Program” by Deitel & Deitel.
• MSDN and Java docs will be Allowed.
• The IEEE-UCP reserves the right to modify the rules without prior notice.
